Return Policy

We hope that each item you purchase from Sustained and Restored is everything you dreamed of; however we understand that there are times when items just don’t work out like you had hoped. If for some reason the item(s) you’ve purchased does not meet your expectations we do accept returns. Please take a moment to read over our policy. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged; keeping the original condition of the item. If you return items that are damaged or are not in original condition a shipping fee will be charged to your account to ship the item(s) back to you.
  • All items are eligible for a return within 15 days of delivery. A return must be shipped within 15 days of marked delivery to receive full credit. After this timeframe, your item(s) will not be eligible for a return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Any item marked as SALE is NOT eligible for return. If an item that is marked as SALE is returned, your account will be charged for the shipping cost to send the item back to you, or you will have the option to donate the item. 
  • You are limited to returning 3 items per month. If you return more than 3 items per month, those items will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Items can be returned for store credit ONLY. We DO NOT issue refunds or offer exchanges.  

Please include your packing slip or your order number with your return. This will help us to determine your specific order. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return once it has been received.

If you receive a damaged item in the mail or there was a mistake on our end please contact us at info@sustainedandrestored.com within three days of receiving the damaged item. Be sure to include photos of damage, a short description and your order number.
