Shipping Policy

All orders placed within the United States always have FREE SHIPPING! 

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the order.

You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order once it has been processed.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION before placing an order! If you realize you typed in the wrong address, please email us at info@sustainedandrestored.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If you’ve provided the wrong address information and we ship your package and it gets shipped back to us you will be charged for us to ship the package to you a second time. 

SUSTAINED AND RESTORED IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 

• Delays in shipping
• Products lost during transit. If your package is lost during transit you will need to file a claim with the Post Office.
• Products marked as delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. 

If there is an issue with your tracking number or with the delivery of your package please contact the Post Office directly before contacting us.
